Our 2.5 Lb Cheesecakes are a Traditional New York Style Cheesecake with pouch of real fruit puree topping. You get to use it as you want, drench the whole cheesecake in it or serve it topped over individual slices of cheesecake. The cheesecake is eight inches in diameter and is unsliced.
