Your information protection is very important to us. After an order is placed it is sent through a secure server. This server encrypts all information that you input before it is sent. Each item of information that you give us will not be shared with anyone. Even our own employees are protected from your personal information. We will not sell, rent or give your personal information to anyone for any reason.
When we request information from a customer on our order form, such as names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses or financial information (credit card number or expiration date) this information is used for billing purposes and to fill our customer's orders only. If we have trouble processing an order, the information is used to contact the customer.
We use an outside shipping company to ship orders, and a credit card processing company to bill for goods and services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.
ARE ANY OF YOUR PRODUCTS KOSHER?
Item numbers ending in "D" are certified OU-D or OK-D; those ending in "P" are dairy-free and are certified OU-P or OK-P. To find these products easily just type in "kosher cheesecakes" or "kosher desserts".
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Order Online - We provide a convenient, secure, online ordering system. To order simply select an item, choose your quantity and whether you want the item shipped to yourself or a recipient and then click the "Add to Cart" button. Our simple online ordering system will walk you through the rest of the ordering process.
Order By Phone Simply call 1-800-393-7156 and one of our customer service representatives will be happy to assist you with placing your order.
Order by Fax - fax your order to 1-570-488-9144.
Order by Mail - Mail your order along with payment made payable to: Anna Thomas - Annie Mack Creations - 22 Russells Lane - Waymart, PA 18472.
If ordering on line we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. If ordering by mail or fax we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks, Personal Checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed immediately upon receipt of credit card information, a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.
ORDERING GUIDELINES:
Orders received by 8:00am(products are marked) or 2:00pm(products are marked) Eastern Time will be shipped the same day.Orders received after those times will be shipped the next possible shipping day.
Orders received after 2:00pm Et on Thursday will be shipped on the following Monday.
Saturday Delivery: orders must be received by 8:00am or 2:00pm ET on Fridays (Saturday delivery is $15.00 - $60.00 additional and some restrictions apply during the months of January, February March and April).
To ensure that we receive your order by 8:00am(for products marked as such) or 2:00pm(for products marked as such) Eastern Time place your order by:
5:00am or 11:00am if you live in the Pacific Time Zone
6:00am or 12:00 noon if you live in the Mountain Time Zone
7:00am or 1:00pm if you live in the Central Time Zone
8:00am or 2:00pm if you live in the Eastern Time Zone
We are unable to process orders for delivery to P.O. Boxes or APO Installations
NOTE: orders can be placed 90 days in advance. When ordering your cheesecake just place the date on which you would like your cheesecake shipped in the area provided and we will hold your order until that date.
CAN I SEND A PERSONALIZED MESSAGE ALONG WITH MY GIFT?
Of course you can! Remember to include you message in the space provided (NOTE TO INCLUDE) on our order form. If you have any special instructions that need to be sent along with your order please note them in the specified "special handling instructions" area.
PLEASE REMEMBER TO SIGN YOUR GIFT the recipient does not see the senders name or address. It would really be a shame if your gift went unidentified. Under our Privacy Statement we are not allowed to give the recipient any of your personal information and that includes - your name!
If you are planning to send a number of gourmet gifts to a number of recipients, and you order early, you can add any personal materials that your would like, we would be only to happy to send them along with your gifts. Just call 1-800-393-7156 and we will give you any additonal information that you may need.
**VERY IMPORTANT** All orders are automatically placed on hold until they are processed, issued a tracking number and shipped. Please watch your emails - If there is any problem with your order, we will be emailing you.
HOW DO WE PACKAGE OUR DESSERTS FOR SHIPPING?
Our cheesecakes are blast frozen, then they go into a foam container that surrounds the cheesecake in 2 inches of insulation. This goes into a heavy corrugated container. The cheesecake will arrive either partially frozen, or cold and ready to serve and enjoy! The packaging insures that every cheesecake will arrive in perfect condition. In the event that there is no one home, FedEx or UPS will leave the cake if it is safe to do so. The cake will last one day, after delivery, in the container…especially during the winter months! Please order with confidence. Your cheesecake will arrive in perfect condition.
WHERE CAN I HAVE A CHEESECAKE OR DESSERT DELIVERED?
At this time we cannot ship to Puerto Rico, Canada or any Foreign Country, it's very expensive, and our delivery agents cannot guarantee a timely delivery. Customs issues can also slow down the delivery. Our experience is that nobody is happy with the results. We deliver anywhere within the United States except Alaska and Hawaii.
The delivery fees for Alaska and Hawaii have gotten so high ($52.00 for
Overnight) that we have stopped offering this option.
IF I ORDER TWO CHEESECAKES BEING SENT TO ONE ADDRESS CAN THEY BE SHIPPED IN THE SAME PACKAGE?
Unfortunately, no. Each cheesecake has to go into it's own specially designed package. And our shipping charges are based on a particular size and weight. If we bundle them together it raises the weight and changes the shape...resulting in a higher charge from FedEx.
